We are pleased to share that Lawtech has recently achieved BSR Gateway Two approval on our 14th and 15th HRB projects. This includes cladding remediation works at Colton Square in Leicester, and safety-critical M&E works at King's House in Barking.
We would like to thank everyone involved in achieving the required milestones, including our in-house teams, the wider project stakeholders, and representatives of the Building Safety Regulator, for their coordinated, evidence-led input throughout the process.
With Gateway Two now approved and on-site works due to commence shortly, we are looking forward to moving both projects into the next stage with safety, compliance, and buildability at the forefront.
