Lawtech have been awarded Parr Court, Essex

Following the successful completion of remediation works for Notting Hill Genesis at Aragon & Cleves Court in Pitsea, Essex in 2020, Lawtech have recently been awarded the cladding remediation works at neighbouring Parr Court. The block consists of five storeys comprising 25 residential units as well as four commercial units on the ground floor.

Works include the installation of a Rockpanel FS-Xtra rainscreen cladding system to replace existing combustible ACM panels, and replacement of insulation and cavity barriers. Timber decking will be replaced with AliDeck balcony decking, and fascia boards, handrails and balustrades will be reinstalled. Other works will also be conducted including removal of existing electrical fittings, mechanical works, and overboard installation. 

We will work closely with Notting Hill Genesis and consultants PRP throughout to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly.
