Lawtech have been awarded Addlestone One, in Surrey

Lawtech have recently been awarded the cladding remediation works at Addlestone One, Surrey, for Runnymede Borough Council. The residential element of the scheme comprises six residential blocks which have a total of 213 residential apartments.

The scope of the proposed works comprises the safe removal and disposal of existing combustible High Pressure Laminate (HPL) panels with a non-combustible Rockpanel FS Xtra system. The works also include installing new associated cavity fire barriers and fire-stopping around windows and doors.

Considerations include the proximity of the development to 130,000 sq. ft of commercial space including a 101-bedroom Premier Inn, a Waitrose Supermarket, and a six-screen cinema. We will collaborate with Harris Associates throughout to ensure the successful completion of all aspects of this project.
