Lawtech was founded almost two decades ago by Directors with 25 years’ combined experience in the housing refurbishment market. Initially a specialist facade contractor, we grew quickly on the strength of repeat orders. Within two years Lawtech became one of the largest installers of EWI in the UK, surpassing many rivals with much longer trading histories.  

 

Lawtech’s specialist divisions evolved with our success in major retrofit contracts. Key factors in managing the diversification process included the Directors’ commitment to training all operatives to an exceptional standard, the efficient delivery of all works and the development of excellent partnering relationships. This along with the quality of our work placed us in the 69th position in 2013 of The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 of private companies with the fastest-growing sales over the last three years.   

 

In 2015, Lawtech continued down the route of all façade remediation works, fulfilling multi-million-pound projects.  

 

We are one of the leading specialist principal contractors in the UK, recognised for our quality workmanship and in-house approach. From implementation to design and delivery – everything is conducted in house.
